We Invite You to Become a VMFA Charitable Advisor

The goal of VMFA Charitable Advisors is to support the development efforts of VMFA by:

  • Serving as “ambassadors” for VMFA to clients, colleagues, and friends.
  • Attending two programs annually to learn more about the ways in which the museum fulfills its mandate to share great art with the Commonwealth as well philanthropic priorities and opportunities.
  • Giving, either personally or corporately, at a level that is meaningful to each Charitable Advisor.
  • Offering expertise to museum donors and planned giving staff about charitable planning trends and best practice.

VMFA Charitable Advisors are led by an Executive Committee of five to seven leaders in the charitable giving field.
